We offer tailored solutions in the four main streams of our business.
Claim Funding
We provide funding to liquidators so that they can pursue claims. Focused on early resolutions and substantial returns for creditors. Rather than imposing arbitrary caps or limits on funding budgets, we evaluate each matter individually and provide funding accordingly.
Seed Funding
We assist liquidator litigants in the completion of their investigations by providing seed funding support. Helping liquidators conduct more detailed investigations, undertake public examinations, and, where necessary, obtain freezing orders.
Adverse Cost Funding
We provide litigants with adverse costs funding backed by our balance sheet. Allowing us to tailor a cost-effective solution based on the merits of the case rather than the models used by after-the-event insurers.
Claim Consulting
In addition to funding, we offer valuable support to insolvency professionals by advising them on claims strategy and commerciality throughout the litigation process.
